What to expect

A ride that feels easy

We do the hard parts so you can focus on your health. Here's what every ride includes.

Door-through-door help

Your driver meets you at your door, helps you to the vehicle, and walks you in when you arrive, never just a curbside drop-off.

Friendly, multilingual drivers

Our trained drivers speak many languages and treat every rider with patience, kindness, and respect.

Safe, clean vehicles

Comfortable, well-maintained, and inspected vehicles, with wheelchair-accessible options coming soon.

Paying for your ride

Is my ride covered?

For many riders, the answer is yes, and we're happy to help you figure it out.

  • Many rides are covered by Medicaid health plans
  • Some rides are arranged through a NEMT broker, check with your plan or broker about how to set one up
  • We also accept private-pay if you'd rather book directly
  • Not sure where you fit? Call us and we'll help you understand your options

How it works

Booking is simple

Tell us about your ride

Let us know where you're going, when, and whether you'll need extra help getting to the vehicle.

We confirm the details

We check your coverage if needed, then confirm your pickup time and driver so everything's set.

We pick you up on time

Your driver arrives, helps you to the vehicle, and gets you to your appointment safely and on schedule.

Common questions

Good to know

Can a family member ride along?

Yes. A family member, caregiver, or escort is welcome to ride with you in most cases. Just let us know when you book so we can plan for the extra seat.

What if I use a wheelchair?

Wheelchair-accessible service is coming soon. In the meantime, we provide ambulatory transport for riders who can walk with minimal assistance, and our drivers are glad to help you to and from the vehicle. Let us know your needs when you book.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your ride a few days ahead when you can, especially for recurring appointments like dialysis. For standing orders, we'll set up a regular schedule so you never have to call each time. Book a ride or call 952-324-0677.
